This policy explains what personal data Mantinadologion (https://mantinadologion.gr) collects, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

What we collect
• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), role, and — if you enable it — two-factor authentication data (stored encrypted).
• Your activity: mantinades you submit, comments, hearts and favourites.
• Messages: the messages you exchange with the site team. Only the participants (and, for messages to the team, the team) can read them.
• Newsletter: your email and language, only after you confirm your subscription. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Purchases & requests: what you bought or requested, amount and date. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider (Stripe, Viva Wallet or PayPal); we never see or store card numbers.
• Security logs: IP address, browser and time of sign-ins and of requests that look like attacks, kept to protect the site and your account.
• Visit statistics: anonymous counts of page views (device type and referring site). We use no cookies for this and do not store your IP: visitors are counted with a one-way code that changes every day.
Why (legal basis)
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to protect the site from abuse (legitimate interest), and — for the newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed only by:
• our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
• the email provider used to send account and newsletter emails
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists. Security logs and rate-limit records are deleted automatically after a few months. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed; mantinades you published may remain without your name.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can change your details and delete your account yourself from Account → Settings, or write to info@mantinadologion.gr. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and an application firewall.
